Sr. Executive - Sales
Experience – 5-yrs+
Location: GIFT CITY, Gandhinagar
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through outbound channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify decision-makers and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Handle end-to-end outbound communication with international clients.
- Research target companies, markets, and potential opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal discussions.
- Build strong pipelines for web, mobile app, custom software, AI, and digital transformation services.
- Consistently achieve monthly outreach and meeting targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Fluent accent with strong confidence in international client conversations.
- Strong experience in cold outreach and outbound sales.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM platforms.
- Ability to independently handle prospecting and follow-ups.
- Strong understanding of IT services and software development domain preferred.
Preferred Profile:
- Smart, proactive, and highly professional communication style.
- Corporate Event experience is plus point.
- Experience working with US/UK/Europe/UAE clients.
- Confident in virtual meetings and client interactions.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
