Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other prospecting methods.
  • Identify decision-makers and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Handle end-to-end outbound communication with international clients.
  • Research target companies, markets, and potential opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for proposal discussions.
  • Build strong pipelines for web, mobile app, custom software, AI, and digital transformation services.
  • Consistently achieve monthly outreach and meeting targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Fluent accent with strong confidence in international client conversations.
  • Strong experience in cold outreach and outbound sales.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to independently handle prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and software development domain preferred.

Preferred Profile:

  • Smart, proactive, and highly professional communication style.
  • Corporate Event experience is plus point.
  • Experience working with US/UK/Europe/UAE clients.
  • Confident in virtual meetings and client interactions.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
